Management Trainee - Marketing

Location Fort Worth, TX
Primary Duties &
Responsibilities
This program begins with a three-week, extensive corporate orientation in Fort Worth, TX. The trainee will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Groups through providing information and analysis in core business processes. Key activities may include revenue and forecast planning, market research, competitive, capital and pricing analyses; time-sensitive customer support; and team interaction with Account Leaders, Equipment Managers, and Market Managers. Opportunities exist for professional growth in a wide-range of areas including Finance, Economics, Logistics, Business Information Systems, Market Research and Supply Chain Management.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Marketing preferred. Overall GPA of 3.0 or above.A current grade transcript must be produced for consideration. Proficiency in PC-based spreadsheet, graphics, data base and word processing software packages. Experience using SAS or other statistical software a plus. Must be analytical and possess above average quantitative, interpersonal, and communication skills. Working Conditions Primarily an office environment. Minimum 40 hours per week. Evening, weekend and holiday work as required.
