Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Develops understanding of business processes being supported by assigned application(s).
Analyzes, designs and programs solutions for simple to moderately complex business problems according to customer or user requirements.
Provides training and/or technical assistance to the customer or user when needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business
Must have strong leadership skills with excellent oral and written communication skills
