Awards & Recognitions
Too often, diversity is defined by traditional terms, such as race, gender, age, religion or culture. But at BNSF, we know that it is much more. It's diversity of mind, experience, education, skills and thought. BNSF actively seeks to increase diversity through recruiting military veterans and candidates affiliated with diversity organizations. At BNSF we believe that diversifying of our workforce can strengthen our business, improve our relationships with the communities we serve, and enhance our ability to deliver for our customers.
