Getting to CRP

To access the Customized Rate Profile tool, just go to BNSF.com and log in with your user name and password. If you don’t have a bnsf.com login id, you’ll need to register. Once logged in, go to the Pricing tab and click on Customized Rate Profile. On the Customized Rate Profile Home page, go under Your Pricing Reports, Carload and click Create New Carload Report. Now you’re ready to create your customized rate report.

In the list of Existing Carload Searches, there are 2 action icons for each Search listed. Click the first icon to edit the Search and the second icon to delete the Search. To edit a Search, click the Edit icon for the Search you wish to edit. This will bring up your search criteria. Add or change the criteria in this form as needed. You can also add Advanced Criteria to further refine your Search. Under Equipment Type in the Advanced Criteria box, you can select the type of equipment you are interested in. Under Carrier, you can enter the specific carrier you are interested in. You can also choose to include Scale Rates. Scale Rates show you how the rate changes the further out your destination is from your origin. Now, save your changes and run the report again. An updated Excel file will be sent to you via email.
