Planning a Vacation?

If you approve invoices and plan to take a vacation, do you know how to make sure your invoices are handled while you are gone?

If you take vacation or other extended leave, set the Out of Office feature in SAP to automatically route approval requests to the next appropriate approver. Please note this is not the Out of Office feature in Outlook.

You can find the Out of Office feature on the employee portal.

Make sure your invoices are paid while you are out. Set the Out of Office feature in SAP!

The notification works even if you aren't on vacation. To be notified immediately when an invoice reaches your queue, check the "Immed Invoice Notif" box.
