SAP System Scheduled Maintenance Outage Announced

Software updates for the SAP system require a system outage from 6 p.m. Friday, April 23, through 6 a.m. Saturday, April 24.

All access to SAP will be unavailable, including invoice approval, pro-card expense processing, HR forms, etc. Employees may still fax in non-purchase order invoices, and they will be processed once the system upgrade is completed. Coversheets located on the SAP channel will still be available for download or printing. Employees may also continue to use pro-cards and requisition material through eMesa without interruption.
