Have You Received Your W-2 and Gross Reconciliation Statement in the Mail?

Employees should soon receive their 2009 Form W-2s and Gross Reconciliation Statements in separate mailings sent to home addresses.

These documents were mailed in separate envelopes via U.S. mail from Topeka, Kan., prior to the federal deadline of Feb. 1 for the W-2s. Please note that downloadable W-2s are not available online this year.

Requests for reprints/replacement copies will be accepted starting Feb. 22. Employees who have not received their Form W-2 by then may, if they wish, request a replacement copy using the following process:

• Contact the SAP Support Center via the BNSF Help Desk at company line 593-HELP or outside line 800-435-7649, Option 3, followed by Option 6.
• Provide your name and employee number, and then request a replacement copy of your Form W-2.

A replacement W-2 will be mailed to your address of record in about 7-10 days after your request. W-2s will not be sent via fax.
