Exempt Employees: Submit 2009 Exception Time Reporting Before Jan. 18

Exempt employees must input all outstanding 2009 vacation and sick time by Monday, Jan. 18, to ensure the accuracy of 2009 carryover and exception time (vacation/sick) reporting.

Exempt employees will be able to view their composite (2009 carryover and 2010) vacation time in SAP beginning Wednesday, Jan. 20.

Note: Employees who work a non-standard shift (12-hour days, 10-hour days, or eight-hour days with rest days other than Saturday and Sunday), please see your department administrative contact or personnel administrator to update your outstanding vacation and sick time for 2009.
