Do you need to set up a meeting away from BNSF property?

If so, Strategic Sourcing & Supply (SS&S) can help! BNSF policy requires groups to work with SS&S to leverage BNSF's combined buying power and influence in the travel and conference communities to help save money and effort. SS&S employees provide "one-stop-shop" service to help secure better facilities and accommodations at lower costs.

Since the current process was implemented in 2007, SS&S has saved BNSF an average of more than $500,000 each year.

If you have an off-site meeting coming up, simply send a request to SS&S by going to employee.bnsf.com > Quicklinks > Sourcing Tools > Group Meetings.

How can SS&S help your group? BNSF's policy is to engage SS&S when a contract or other agreement is required for a hotel, conference center, banquet hall, civic center, college campus, event center or any location away from a BNSF facility.
