PerkSpot Announces New Customer Service E-mail Address

PerkSpot, the third party that manages BNSF's employee discount program, has a new customer service e-mail address.
The new address, which is also posted on the login screen at bnsf.perkspot.com, is cs@perkspot.com. Employees, retirees and family members should use this e-mail address to contact PerkSpot with questions.
