Rollin Bredenberg Named Vice President Capacity Planning and Operations Research

Rollin Bredenberg has been named vice president, Capacity Planning and Operations Research. In this role he will have responsibility for line capacity planning, terminal capacity planning and operations research. He will continue to report to Greg Fox, executive vice president, Operations, and John Lanigan, executive vice president and chief marketing officer.

Bredenberg has served as vice president, Service Design and Performance, since 1999. He joined BNSF's predecessor, Santa Fe Railway in 1994, and has served in various railroad industry positions for the past 47 years.

"Once again we are calling on Rollin to bring his expertise to high-priority work for the company," said Fox. "This diverse role leverages Rollin's deep domain knowledge of our network and the critical impact that line and terminal capacity have on velocity and service."
