Two New Features Added to BNSF.com

BNSF has added two new features to its public website, bnsf.com, to help customers and other site users efficiently navigate to pages they frequently visit.

Icons titled "Favorites" and "Recently visited" are now visible in the toolbar at the top right of the screen.

To bookmark favorite pages on bnsf.com, navigate to the desired page, click the Favorites star icon at the top of the page and choose "Add current page" from the Favorites menu.

To return to a page recently visited on bnsf.com, click the Recent History clock icon at the top of any page and choose the desired page from the list in the Recent History menu.

These features were added as a response to customer feedback collected during recently held focus groups.
