BNSF TodayBMWE Vacation Scheduling for 2007 Deadline Approaching2006-10-23The deadline to schedule 2007 vacation for the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employes (BMWE) is Nov. 3, 2006. If you have not received a packet via mail, a copy may be obtained from one of the following sources: - Division Engineer (Field Locations) - Roadmaster - Manpower Planning This year, the options for submitting your vacation information are: 1. Engineering Online Connection (EOC) – You can schedule your vacation through the BNSF Engineering Online Connection intranet application. This will allow you to enter the vacation request dates directly into the Scheduler Program. 2. Mainframe – You can enter your requests through the Mainframe (green screen) as in the past. This method also allows you to enter the vacation request dates directly into the Scheduler Program. 3. Vacation Request Form – You still have the option of filling out the Vacation Request Form on paper. This form is included in your packet. After completing the form, you can fax it or send it by U.S. mail to Manpower Planning, where the information will be keyed in to the Scheduler Program for you.
