Your HEALTH Matters: Start a Healthy Holiday Recipe Tree

2007-12-06

As part of Your HEALTH Matters program, health tips are published to give employees information on individual health, family health and, in general, living a healthy life.

The holiday season is quickly approaching. Are you ready to spread some healthy holiday joy to your friends and family members?

An Internet site at SparkRecipes.com (http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/tree.asp) provides a fun and easy way for you to do just that – help yourself and your loved ones stay healthy this holiday season. It's called the Healthy Holiday Recipe Tree.

Starting your own Healthy Holiday Recipe Tree is easy! Just invite up to six people to join your Tree. Every person who participates (by sending one recipe and inviting a few friends), will receive up to 36 healthy recipes emailed back to them from friends of friends. It really is that simple. Everyone (including you) will get up to 36 healthy recipes just in time for the holidays, and it should be fun to see who your recipes come from. Spend a couple minutes starting your Recipe Tree today, and enjoy a healthier holiday season!

Also, check out the Health Action programs from Your HEALTH Matters to help you help yourself to good health! Go now to HealthMedia. (Note: use the access code wellcare to get started.)

The weekly Health Tips are part of the Your HEALTH Matters program, sponsored by BNSF’s Medical and Environmental Health group. Look for more tips at the program Web site: http://www.bnsf.com/employees/healthmatters.
