Sign Up For Electronic W-2 and Reconciliation Letter Delivery

Receive your 2008 W-2 and reconciliation letter earlier in 2009 by electing to view and print them on Employee Online (EOL) rather than having them mailed to your home address.

You will be able to view and print your W-2 and reconciliation letter beginning Jan. 21. Otherwise, W-2 and Reconciliation Letters will be mailed by Feb. 2. 

Beginning Monday, Dec. 15, you can sign up to receive your W-2 and reconciliation letter electronically. Simply click on the Subscription Services link located on the left side of the EOL home page and check the W-2 and reconciliation letter box. You can logon to EOL via the intranet  or the Internet.
