PerkSpot Redesigns Web Site Based on Employee Feedback

Employee feedback to PerkSpot has resulted in a Web site redesign.

PerkSpot manages BNSF's employee discount program. More than 40 percent of BNSF employees have registered so far, and new registrations continue. Nearly 400 employees registered in September, for instance.

PerkSpot representatives frequently receive employee feedback, including feedback about the design and layout of the Web site. After several months of work, PerkSpot is launching an updated site.

The enhanced site, which launched Nov. 9, should be easier to navigate and search.

Employees who have used the site to make purchases have saved a total of more than $275,000 in 2009 alone. Employees, retirees and family members are eligible to participate.
