How to Access the Benefit Booklets and Claim Forms

If you want to read your benefit booklet (Summary Plan Description) for any of your health benefits (health, drug, mental health, dental, vision, early retirement etc.), visit the National Railway Labor Conference's website. Once you're there, there is a tab at the top that says "Health & Welfare Information." Mouse over it, and a pull-down menu will appear. Scroll down the pull-down to "Benefit Booklets and Claim Forms," and click on that link. You will be redirected to a page that has links to PDF versions of each of the SPD booklets and claim forms. Dial-up users should be aware that some of the booklets are up to 300-page PDFs, so loading may be slow.
