Most light-axle destination rates (rates beyond Minneapolis) in the Northern Wheat Eastbound tariff items in the series (453xx) and (454xx) will increase $50 effective September 1, 2007. Minneapolis MN and St Paul MN destination rates which are currently at $0, will remain unchanged. Heavy-axle destination rates will be set at a 9% premium to the new light-axle rates. Origin rates to Minneapolis and St Paul will not change.

Items 45324 and 45424 will be adjusted to incorporate the increases.
