The following changes (provided in the Excel spreadsheet) will be implemented for covered hoppers into the Flour Tariff (Book 5) . All reductions will be effective by June 10th; all increases will be effective August 1st, 2007. Please review the spreadsheet as there are also new rates listed for specific origin/destination pairs.
