Corn shuttle rates out of Illinois

BNSF will be adding the following destinations for corn shuttle stations in Illinois (items 39006 thru 39009):

Rates are basis 286,000 heavy axle cars

Fairland, OK at $400 / car discount to Hereford rate
S.W. Kansas (Group 55) and Colorado (Group 62) at $160 / car discount to Hereford rate
PNW Export at $3560 / car
