Due to congestion at Texas Gulf stations, BNSF will temporarily increase demurrage charges at TX Gulf stations from $75 per day to $150 per day. In addition, hold charges for Texas Gulf stations will increase from $75 per day to $150 per day. These changes will be effective October 14, 2007 through December 31, 2007.
