AMENDED WORDING TO
PRE-ADVISE NOTIFICATION RULES

 

The last two sentences to the pre-advise notification requirement in Items 12165, 12215 and 12291 of BNSF 4022 will be amended effective October 1, 2007. As amended, the paragraph will now read:

Pre-Advise notification of next unloading destination for Texas Gulf stations will be 48 hours prior to the empties arriving at origin, at all other destination stations the pre-advise notification will be 24 hours prior to the empties arriving at origin. If the destination station is under an embargo order, then all the pre-advise notifications will be 72 hours prior to the empties arriving at the origin. Proper pre-advise of a destination presently under a permit embargo will include the embargo permit number. The acquisition of the permit shall be the responsibility of the final destination.
