Starting the week of February 18th, 2008, BNSF will be offering COT's for the rest of the year. This will include an allocation of COT's for each month by category, including singles and units. In addition, we will be offering yearlong single and unit COT's for shipment periods beginning in July. We will continue to offer shuttle startups by month through 2008 as capacity allows. Additional COT's and shuttles may be offered as the year progresses depending on demand and capacity.

All new COT units purchased after February 18th will represent 24 car blocks, instead of the traditional 25 car blocks.
