Due to the feedback from our customers, we are amending our recent rule change regarding BNSF penalties for late delivery of equipment, in Item 1015 of the BNSF 4091, from $150 for greater than 10 days late back to $200 for more than 15 days late. We apologize for any inconvenience.

As a reminder, as of February 1, 2008, customers are required to place COT orders 10 days in advance of the shipment period. Failure to do so will result in a loss of the COT guarantee.
