Year-long COT Unit (24 cars) offers will be made on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 for September start-up. 1, 2 or 3 year commitment, buyers option. Commitment must be declared at time of bid. Prepayment amount will be $11,520 per year (24 cars X 12 months X $40 per car), with each payment due on/before acceptance date or anniversary thereof. Preference will be given to longer term, then bid amount. The following COTS will be available:
