Effective July 1, 2008, BNSF Lottery Rules will be amended. Significant changes include:

-Any Lottery request that is awarded will be considered an order, which if cancelled, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
-At BNSF’s discretion, multiple bids for a single location may be discarded.
-Tariff orders may be cancelled without penalty if the order remains unfilled beyond 10 days after the Want Date.
