We announced the on-line shuttle pre-lease requirement on December 21, 2007 and clarified the announcement on January 4, 2008. Since that time we have provided a transition period during which we did not enforce the on-line pre-release as a requirement for the OEP payment. Effective March 31, 2008, BNSF will enforce the rule in Item 13500 of BNSF 4022 that requires BNSF-served customers to perform an on-line pre-release of a shuttle in order to qualify for the OEP payment.
