The following changes, provided in the Excel spreadsheets below, will be implemented for covered hoppers in the BNSF 4022 L, Wheat Flour Tariff Book 5.
Per the 10/17/07 ACRES announcement, effective April 1, 2008, all large private hopper rates in the Southern Wheat Flour items will increase $188, with other equipment size spreads to increase accordingly.
Additional changes will be made effective May 1, August 1 and November 1, 2008. Please review the spreadsheets below for these changes.
