Item 45050: Mileage scale rates will increase $175 June 1, July 1 and September 2008.

Items 45335, 45445: Jointline rates to Denton TX, New Braunfels TX, and Kenosha WI will increase effective August 1, 2008. Revisions to these items will be published shortly.

Items 43714, 43914: Jointline rates to Tolleson AZ, will increase effective August 1, 2008. Items will be published shortly.

Items 45604, 45605, 44603, 44810, and 44613: Jointline rates will be extended until July 31, 2008 with no changes. Effective August 1, 2008, various jointline rates will increase. Revisions to these items will be published shortly.

Item 46302: Increase all Mexico through rates $75, with the exception of Group 0056 and 0057, effective July 1, 2008.

Reminder: All rates are subject to change on 20 days notice. COTs do not protect jointline rates, and jointline rates are subject to change independent of the scheduled August 1, 2008, changes listed above.
