Effective August 1, 2008, rates in the following items in Rate Book BNSF 4023 will increase $150:

Items 69104, 69105, 69106, 69107, 69108, 69109, 69110, 69120, 69130, 69135.

In addition, mileage scale rate Item 61100 will be changed as follows: All moves up to 120 miles will have a new Column 1 rate of $975 and new Column 2 rate of $1175. All other rates will increase $150.

Further rate or structural changes to these items may occur at a future date.

Reminder: All rates are subject to change on 20 days notice. COTs do not protect jointline rates, and jointline rates are subject to change independent of the scheduled August 1, 2008, changes listed above.
