Effective August 1, 2008, light axle SD origin rates to the Gulf in Items 46102 and 46302 will increase $100 . Effective November 1, 2008 light axle SD origin rates to the Gulf in new, not yet published Items 46103 and 46303 will increase $150.

Heavy-axle rates (286,000 GWOR) wheat rates will be set at a 9% premium to the new light-axle rates listed above.
