The changes detailed in the announcement dated 8/25/2008 “Oat Item Changes” have been amended in the following manner:

• The increases originally scheduled to become effective 10/1/2008 are now be effective 11/1/2008
• The increases originally scheduled to become effective 1/1/2009 will remain effective 1/1/2009
