Effective February 1, 2009 the following changes will be made to the 4023 Book 5 tariffs.

In BNSF 4023 Item 52301 the location of San Ysidro, CA will no longer appear as a destination. Local moves to San Ysidro, CA will be handled as a switch. Moves through San Ysidro, CA to Mexico will be handled as a rule 11 with the SDIY.

The commodities effected include Beans, Peas, Lentils, Popcorn, Millet, Bird Seed.

The following tariff items will incur select lane increases:
