Customers who sign up will receive up-to-date harvest and service information from BNSF Ombudsmen.

“This is BNSF’s own version of Twitter or blogging where you can get instant updates from our Ombudsmen about harvest and rail service,” said Kevin Kaufman, group vice president, Agricultural Products. “Producers and our customers have told us that they want more communication, more frequently. We hope that his new communications tool will help keep you informed of what is going on at BNSF.”
