Flour rates will be governed by the following schedule:

• June 1, 2009 - $160 increase

The increase detailed in the schedule above will apply to the low-cube rates in each item.  High-cube rates will be set 9% higher than the low-cube rates.  The rate schedule is applicable to all bulk rates in 4022 Book 5 and to all boxcar rates in 4023 Book 6.
