The following Oilseed Meal items published in BNSF Rate Book 4022 will be revised to provide rates for covered hoppers with cubic capacity less than or equal to 5149 cubic feet and rates for covered hoppers with cubic capacity greater than or equal to 5150 cubic feet. High-cube rates will be set at 6% higher than low-cube rates.
