Effective October 1, 2009, joint-line rates with FXE and KCS in BNSF 4022 Items 46301, 46302 and 46720 series will be adjusted to reflect changes in KCSM and FXE’s rate requirements, as well as FXE’s fuel surcharge. Therefore, on joint-line moves with the FXE, fuel surcharge will be assessed on the U.S. portion of the move only. BNSF’s portion of the through rate will not change.
