BNSF Rate Retrieval System includes all Ag Products rates (about 1.4 million) including the BNSF 4022, 4023, 4024, 4025, and 4026.

Official Rates

The highest level of care is given to making sure the information you receive from this rate retrieval system is consistent with the official text documents. Should a difference exist between these two sources, we will be governed at all times by the text documents posted on our web site. The text version of our rates posted on this web site are the official rates. All other versions are subordinate to them.

Shipment Conditions

It is normal for Rate Retrieval to bring back several rates. The lowest rate may not always apply. Be sure you investigate the shipment conditions, preferably on the text documents, to ensure you have found the applicable rate for your shipment.

Design Philosophy

Our rate retrieval system's design objectives are to locate and return to you all published carload rates which apply between two stations for a given commodity. This gives you the opportunity to review your equipment and other service condition options for the best value. This may include both point-to-point rates and mileage rates. Keep in mind that a mileage rate normally may not apply when a point-to-point rate exists (see Item 11055) .

Dates

All rates for the requested search date are returned for every request. Future or pending rates are not provided unless you enter a future date. Past rates are not available from this system. We do not include past rates because rate items are only archived for a short period of time after the expiration data. Therefore, to avoid errors by omission, please use the text documents for historical rate questions.
