San Diego (US)/ Tijuana (Mexico)

The Tijuana area has the largest concentration of twin-plants in Mexico and is a large producer of consumer electronics. There are transloads on the BNSF at National City and also on the SDIY to handle Mexico traffic that is destined or originates at Mexican plants that are not rail-served.
