DID YOU KNOW? You do not have to be a LOGS Holder to receive transfered cars! ANYONE can participate!

Use the contact information to directly contact the listed contact person. LOGS holders must e-mail transfer information to logs.marketing@bnsf.com after transfer is negotiated. A negiotated transfer is a transfer where both companies have exchanged the regulations of the LOGs Program, all ordering rules, deduction amount and permit number.

BNSF LOGS rules apply: BNSF must be notified by nooon the Monday prior to the week the cars are to be shipped. For the LOGS deduct to apply and for the new party to be placed on the authorized user list of permit number, this Monday deadline must be met. Buyer represents that

1. it is entering into this agreement in conjunction with its line of business or the financing of its business; and
2. it is a producer, processor, commercial user of, or merchant handling, the commodity subject to this agreement or the products or byproducts thereof, and it has entered into this agreement solely for purposes related to its business as such.
