Registration Page 1To begin the registration process, please provide as much information on this form as you can. Keep in mind that all highlighted fields are required. You will not be allowed to continue with the registration process if you have left off or blanked out a highlighted field. The "Additional Information" section of this form is very important to us. We appreciate your effort to fill in as much information as you can. We can use your "relationship" and "commodity" to forward messages to you regarding any statuses or issues relating to the information you select here. Keyword / Phrase is required and is used for verification purposes (for instance, if you need to have your password reset). The final section of this page is for requesting access to BNSF's secure applications. If you require access to these, simply check the box. When you have completed filling out this form, click the [Next >>] button to continue with registration. [ Top ] Registration Page 2On this page, you may choose your user ID and password. You will use your user ID and password whenever you wish to log onto iPower and use any of the secure applications. There are some simple rules around selecting a user ID and password. They are:
Once you have entered a user ID and password, please take the time to read the BNSF Terms and Conditions of Use document. If you accept the conditions of this statement, click the [Accept] button. Otherwise, click on [Cancel]. [ Top ] Registration Page 3The final registration page is a confirmation of your successful registration. Take note of your user ID (which is displayed on this page) and your password (which is not displayed for security reasons). You will need these to log into the iPower system. You will also see a list of secured applications available for requesting access to. You may request access to these applications by simply checking the check boxes next to the application. If you need access to an application that is not listed you may type in the name of the application in the text area provided to you. When your request is granted, you will see a list of available applications appear when you sign onto iPower. Prior to this approval, you will have access to iPower; however, the secure applications will not show up until your request has been granted. [ Top ] iPower Secured ApplicationsUse this page to access all of BNSF's secured applications that you have been given access to. This page also has links to applications that allow you to keep your profile up-to-date and to change your password. Initially, this page displays all BNSF "Open" secured applications. If you have been invited to use any of BNSF's "Privileged" applications, those will also show up on this page. Most of BNSF's secured applications require customized setup to occur before you can use them. If you determine that you need to use a secure application, and have never used it before, then you will probably need to go through the setup process for it. To do that, click on the Help link following the application name. That will display a page containing more detailed information about the application, as well as a link to follow to request setup for it. Follow that link and fill out the form. Alternatively, you can call the telephone number that appears on that page and do the setup by telephone. Messages pertaining to an application will appear immediately below the application name. General messages about BNSF or about the security system will appear at the top of this page. [ Top ] ProfileThank you for using this form to keep your personal information as up to date as possible. This enables us to keep a more personal relationship with you, and to contact you should the need arise. Please provide as much information on this form as you can. Notice that your company name is not editable on this page. That is because we may overlay the company name that you entered at registration time with the name that we have on record for your company. Different people may refer to their company in different ways using different abbreviations. This helps us to be consistent in how we refer to a company and enables us to keep better records. The "Additional Information" section of this form is very important to us. We appreciate your effort to fill in as much information as you can. We can use your "relationship" and "commodity" to forward messages to you regarding any statuses or issues relating to the information you select here. You must also provide "a Key Word or Phrase". We will only use this information to verify you are who you say you are should you call our support staff. This will be useful when calling because you forgot your password or user ID. [ Top ] Change PasswordUse this page to enter a new password for access to iPower. Enter your current password first, and then enter your new password two times. The second time is for verification. Keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive. You must enter the new password two times using the same spelling and case. They must also be at least 6 characters in length. [ Top ] Other ApplicationsThe 'Other Applications' page shows a list of applications that the signed-on user does NOT currently have access to. The applications listed are provided to qualifying customers by request only. If you would like to have access to one of the listed applications, click the Setup link following the application name. You may then use the Support Request form to request to be set up for the application. If you know of another application that is not listed on this page, you may request access to that application by clicking on the Here link at the bottom of the page. You may then enter the name of the application you want access to, check the appropriate box, and click [Send Message]. [ Top ] Support RequestThe Support Request page is used to provide information about an application as well as information about how to get set up to use an application. It may also provide a link to an application demo site (if one exists). To request to be set up to use an application, you may either call the "Primary Application Contact Telephone" number listed on this page or place a request electronically by filling the suppport request form out and click [Send Mail]. Much of the pre-filled information on this form came from your profile. If any of the information is incorrect, please click on [Profile] to make changes. When you are done changing your profile, return to this page to send a setup request. To make a request for setup or help, select the check box and enter a description of what you would like to have done. Alternatively, you can call someone and handle the setup over the telephone. There are two profile fields that you cannot change: User Name and Company Name. You may use this page to request to have either of these names changed. To request this, simply type in the request in the text area and click the [Send] button. The name you are currently registered with will automatically appear on the request, so you need only specify the new name. An example would be "Please change my name to Jane Doe" or "Please change my company name to Corporate Inc.".
