Inc.’s Quality Partnership Award at the Best Buy Annual Carrier Conference on July 19. BNSF was the only railroad presented with an award at the conference. Criteria for the award included, on-time performance, technology, equipment condition, customer service, account management and assistance with projects and special needs. "As a relatively new service provider to Best Buy, we are honored to be recognized as a vital link in their supply chain," said Steve Branscum, BNSF group vice president, Consumer Products.
