News ReleaseBNSF Logistics Expands Through Acquisition Of Pro-Am Transportation Services, Inc.SPRINGDALE, Ark., January 2, 2007:BNSF Logistics, LLC announced today that it has acquired Pro-Am Transportation Services, Inc. (Pro-Am), of Jamestown, North Dakota. Pro-Am is a third-party logistics company (3PL) with approximately $25 million of revenue in 2006. Specific terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The newly acquired company will operate within the Transportation Execution Services (TES) unit of BNSF Logistics. “Pro-Am is an excellent operating company, with a large base of industrial business that is complementary to our portfolio, adding highly desired modal extension and depth,” says Eric Wolfe, vice president and general manager of BNSF Logistics.
