News ReleaseBNSF Recognized by Toyota Logistics Service for Excellence in Customer Service for the Second Consecutive YearFORT WORTH, Texas, April 12, 2005:For the second consecutive year, BNSF Railway Company (BNSF) received Toyota Logistics Service’s Logistics Excellence Award for Railroad Customer Service. BNSF received this award based on its ability to provide Toyota with superior customer service through daily monitoring of each shipment and proactive notification of service exceptions, as well as having a strong commitment for service improvement. In previous years, BNSF has also received awards from Toyota for Excellence in On-Time Performance and Excellence in Quality.
