Dakota & Iowa Railroad (DAIR)
Overview
The Canton to East Wye Switch and Hawarden to Beresford lines are owned by the State of South Dakota and are operated by DAIR for the Sioux Valley Regional Railroad Authority. A surcharge of $58 per carload is collected by BNSF on behalf of the Authority.
