GNP Railway (GNPR)
Overview
BNSF completed its sale of the "eastside rail corridor" to the Port of Seattle in December 2009 including a 14-mile freight line from Woodinville to Snohomish, WA. Rail service is provided through a third party operator, GNPR. Ballard Terminal Railroad through an agreement with GNPR handles the marketing and switching operations. GNPR interchanges with BNSF at Snohomish Jct. East.
