Georgetown Railroad (GRR)
Overview
GRR operates the Granger and Belton branches which total approximately 22 miles. The Snead family owns the GRR and Texas Crushed Stone, the short line's largest customer. GRR is a switch carrier for lumber traffic and interline for all other commodities. Traffic generally consists of crushed stone, but ammonium nitrate and lumber are also handled.
