Overview
KYLE operates 510 miles of track from north-central Kansas to eastern Colorado, consisting of rail lines of the former Rock Island and UP. KYLE leases 178 miles of trackage in north central Kansas from UP, consisting of a line from Stockton to Solomon running through Downs and Beloit, a line from Downs to Harlan and a line from Beloit to Ames. Connections are made to UP, BNSF and KO. Traffic primarily consists of grain and agricultural products.
