Minnesota Northern Railroad (MNN)

Overview

MNN operates over 224 miles of track in northwest Minnesota primarily handling grain, seeds, sugar and sugar by-products, coal, animal feeds, and fertilizers. In 2008, the short line abandoned a 19-mile portion of its "P-Line" between Perley and the Marsh River bridge south of Shelly due to track and bridge safety concerns.
