Widespread flooding across portions of Nebraska, Iowa and Missouri this spring caused major disruptions to BNSF service and operations. Since the first flood-related outages occurred in March, BNSF team members and contractors worked around the clock to rebuild and restore our network as quickly as possible.

If you are a BNSF customer and would like to subscribe to receive BNSF Customer Notifications, including Service Advisories and Network Updates, by email, log in to the Customer Portal, click on the down arrow next to your name in the top right corner of the page and select “My Profile,” then click on “My Subscriptions” in the left navigation pane. The above category options are listed on the BNSF Updates & Pricing tabs, where you can select and deselect the subscription types you are interested in.
